CHARLOTTE, N.C. — April 15, 2026 — Levelheaded, a biology-first performance health and wellness brand, announced the beta launch of its physician-led platform. Levelheaded's mission is simple: break open the clinic walls, and bring the protocols that lived behind them to the people who need them, wherever they are.
For decades, the most promising support for the loops that run our lives (drugs, alcohol, gambling, and more) came with a price of entry: accept a label, step away from work and family, and check in somewhere. Most people never do, because they don't see themselves in that label. Levelheaded is built for them. The pull is biology and behavior, and support for it should feel like any other part of taking care of your health: no label required, no life to pause.
Members are matched with licensed MD and DO physicians who review their health history, build a personalized protocol, and stay with them through 24/7 messaging and a dedicated member success team.
“My grandparents opened their home to people no one else would help. My grandfather reframed it. I'm renaming it.
Levelheaded takes what was proven behind clinic walls and puts it in reach of anyone ready to take back control and optimize their life.
By removing friction words like ‘addiction,’ we are able to meet a larger population where they are. We would never say, ‘Oh, you only have Stage 2 cancer, come back for treatment at Stage 4.’”
Before Levelheaded, Valerie Caron founded and led BLANQI, a direct-to-consumer pregnancy and postpartum support brand. Postpartum was a category long treated as too stigmatized to talk about openly, and she scaled BLANQI to more than $80 million in lifetime revenue, over 1m social media followers and created a new market category of 'maternity support'.
She co-founded Levelheaded with Aidan Carter to bring that same openness to ending the stigma of addiction.
The beta opened with consumer product testing. Full access launches 2026.
